Product Details
- The card is valid for one year from the date of activation at the cash counter of any LuLu stores in India and after expiry of such one year period the card shall be ineffective totally. This card is accepted in LuLu Hypermarket, LuLu Fashion Store, LuLu Connect, LuLu Celebrate and LuLu Xpress only across India.
- The card can be used multiple times until the total value of the card is over within the aforesaid one year period.
- The card value can be redeemed for full or partial payment. The gift card value cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Remaining card balance cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances whatsoever.
- If lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced or untraceable, this card cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded(total/partial).
- The remaining balance if any after the expiry of the card will not be refunded and the customer has no right to claim that amount.
- Any Disputes arising out of the card transactions shall be referred to Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Lulu. Arbitration proceedings shall be held at Cochin and shall be conducted in English language.
- The Courts at Cochin alone shall have the jurisdiction in respect of any disputes.
